Not only did Jordan know the exact style of clothes she wanted for her session...she was fabulous with layering... she was also definitely camera ready!

These past couple weeks, my house has been taken over by the horrible flu season. Since last week, Easton and Camryn have had the stomach flu and a high fever. I wish it was just the 24 hour flu type...unfortunately, it was more like 4 days of misery for my babys. Also, why must the flu make it's debut in the middle of the night? Why?

Needless to say, I'm very behind in my housework and work. I'm now crossing my fingers the rest of us survive.

My blog is about to get really busy with me sharing a few of the past sessions that deserve some blogging goodness.

Here are the two sweetest sisters. I loved visiting with them during their vacation here from New York...like I wrote before. It was a joy seeing how much they've changed since their visit here last year.

Yep...I know! These girls are pure sweetness!

It's springtime...which also means senior portrait season!

This week I had my first senior session with a girl that I love as much as my own children. I've known her for 10 years...I actually began learning photography with her. I've photographed her as a sweet little girl, I remember the sassiness in sessions during her tween years and now, she is nothing but sheer sweetness!

Each session has me leaving happy. This session tops the list as it was filled with nothing but embracing kids in a family with their new baby brother.

Sweet baby Zane was 3 weeks old for his session. That a bit older for the ideal newborn session, but he was nothing but dreamy. I loved capturing this little moment just when he started getting hungry...but never made a sound.

A session is always energizing when a 2 year olds involved! This little guy was all about having fun...despite not feeling too good during the session.

Two very sweet girls |Gilbert Child Photographer

I'd like to think these little girls made a trip from New York to just have a visit with me, but the truth is their visiting family in town. I'm just happy I was able to see these sweet girls again...while a year doesn't seem that long, these girls have change so much.

Sweet little baby M was just a few weeks old the last time I photographed her. And here she is, one very cute little cherub with the sweetest disposition.

Total dreaminess below! Deciding on color vs. black and white was not easy. I know...how can you not love that red hair with a touch of curl.

I'm breaking a little rule tonight...giving just a little peek from the fun I'm having while processing a session from this weekend!

I couldn't be happier to have a little time getting to know the family of a friend from high school! I love this family of 3! This family session was nothing but fun and relaxed...the complete recipe for a session with a little guy just over a year old.
