A photo session guest

Tonight is back up my sessions night, which also means that I'll be pulling pictures that never got blog light but totally should've.

Here is the first set of pictures.....

While out on a session with a client, I spotted a surprise guest that thought he'd join in the fun. Um yeah...I guess he didn't get the memo that I'm not the biggest fan of snakes...nor the girl I was photographing.

However, this snake was right by a truck that is very important to her family. Now, honestly...how important could a truck be to a family...well, it was the truck that her parents drove her home in when she was just days old.

After we both had the squirms from the snake sighting, her mother kept an eye on it while we grabbed a couple pictures. And, I took my pictures super fast.

Here he is crawling into the truck...ugh!
And then just keeping an eye on us.
The icky part of this is...a few weeks after this session, I found this same type of snake in my new house. Um, actually on my bathroom floor. Yep, that didn't go over too well ... especially at 1 in the morning.

After having a friend that has mad snake wrangling skills come over, Arizona Game and Fish got a little phone call from little ol me! I'm sure they're still laughing at me as they said the snake is completely harmless, actually good to have around as they eat scorpions and rattle snakes. Ah, good to hear...NOT!

At this point, I NEVER walk around in the dark without the light from my cell phone or a flashlight. The only problem I'm running into now is, I have a friend with Autism that visits often and she has a severe obsession with rubber snakes. And, her snakes decorate my floors. Yep, good times.
