Worth it!

You might remember this cutie...I photographed her a bit ago and had the idea of getting her brother some camera loving time done soon.  We ended up  turning it into their holiday session.

Their mother and I see ALMOST identical in locations.  While planning this session, we had talked about what we were wanting for their location.  AND...when I can have any parent let me have fun in anything other than the conventional, tranditional green grass location...I'm doing flips with an ear to ear smile.  These locations were perfect...a pecan grove....that wasn't part of a neighborhood...and a junk yard with textures, colors, funk and everything else that I crave to find.

There is nothing more special, perfect and intense than the relationship between brothers and sisters.

If you ever see this little guy....you'll agree it's 99% smiles each waking minute with him.
{funky processing fun here}

Here is my sweetie C...she was such a trooper through the bugs, weeds, and mud everywhere.  AND...literally does WHATEVER I tell her to do...an is SO relaxed in front of my camera.

Rare moment...but so loved!  A bit of his serious side!

At the start of our session, I asked little Mr. R who his best friend was. Guess what he said....
"my sister"!  It is so true...what's even cuter is the feeling is mutual from his sister.

We ended our session at this to die for junk yard...every turn of my head I was convincing these kids "just one more"...the only reason we left, our light decided to go night night!

If you've ever had a session with me...hot or not...I am wearing jeans with my flips. At this session, I was all about comfort and forgot the reasoning for my typical photo shoot wardrobe...I accidentally wore a pair of my favorite shorts and flips. When we pulled up...while my eyes were loving every little detail of this location...my eyes also saw thick weeds, VERY wet ground and saw the ants that I'm exhausted with making a meal out of my feet at the last several sessions. If you've seen me shoot....I rarely stand still...I kneel, lay down, sit, go shoeless, jump, run, and have been known to trudge through mud shoeless...all to get THE shot.

Let's just say...my scrubber was tossed in the trash after washing the funk off my feet from this session! BUT soooo worth it!

LOVE them all! The first one is a classic. The fifth one is ALL of R's bubbly side for you. By the way my sis woke me up BEFORE 7 to check them out. Wonderful shots of my favorite kids :) T.

Cameryn is very comfortable with you some sort of kindered spirit-she said her favorite place was the FARM (to be politically correct) because the man at the pecan grove needed to cut his grass. I love every single one...thank you!!!!
