Head over heels...

in love with my girls! There is nothing sweeter than waking up to my sweet daughters calling, "mommy!" This morning began the same as every morning, me smiling while hearing my girls call for me and me bursting into their room with a sweet "good morning". But this morning I opened the door to a funny surprise! Both of my girls pointing to their tummies and saying, "I naked!" My cuties had taken off their pajamas and diapers and beaming with pride of their accomplishments!

Of course I stood for a moment and smiled, loving their cuteness and shared in their moment of pride. But then I took the opportunity to run them to the bathroom as they are in the midst of potty training! And we had lots of luck!

While this potty training time is bringing on many moments of exhaustion, I can't help but wish I could bottle this time up and save it forever. I don't ever want to forget this age. I always want to remember their sweet voice, their look of pride, their young eyes and innocent love for all that life brings.


I truly believe that God gives us these precious moments to cancel out the exhausting and hopeless times during the exciting two year old stage.
