Still laughing!

Today I had one of the most amazing sessions...one of the first maternity portfolio building sessions. The family I photographed is beyond fun and totally real. All the gushing I could do over them is all 100% true.

So...after putting my girls to bed tonight, I pulled out the camera and began my screening on what to keep and what not to keep. While going through the pictures, I literally had to put my camera down laughing...it didn't take me long to be back with this family. The parents have a great sense of humor and fab personalities, so I couldn't help but recall their comments to some of the shots I was getting.

Here are just the first few of as my editing process began. These pics are more for a sneak peak for the parents...but also favorites of mine. The pictures that really got me laughing will have to be posted later on.

This bottom picture has just been added to one of my favorite pictures ever taken.

I think Miss "A" might have an idea about what will be arriving shortly. Here's a secret, she already asks for her new baby sister. I'm sure she will be pouring out ooddles of kisses and hugs.

Little Miss "A" has one of the cutest personalities and is so lovable. I couldn't stop saying, "I think I love you Miss "A".

I am officially admitting a major weakness. I am a chronic overshooter. I literally can't stop photographing my clients, once I start there is no stopping. Actually, my trusty friend the memory card makes me stop. It literally screams, "Enough is enough!" The problem with overshooting affects me in deciding what to keep and what not to keep. I truly try to keep a minimum of 25 and no more than 45. I'm letting all of my blog readers know this to give you some idea of how late I'll be up! I end up with so many favorites from each session I just have to, just have to keep each one...or try to at least.

Thanks for the sneak peek Tami! You definitely captured the spirit of our family, especially the personality of little Miss "A." We had so much fun during the session today, and I too was laughing thinking about it! I don't think we would have felt comfortable with any other photographer, so without you, we likely would not have this blessed time in our lives documented. Thank you!
