Had a GREAT time! |Chandler Photographer|

Tonight was an incredible night!  I met with two fabulous women .... and spent a glorious night chatting about one of my favorite subjects....PHOTOGRAPHY!

A few weeks ago, these two ladies arranged to have me come and give them some private teaching time on using their cameras and shooting with natural lighting!   I have to admit, driving there I couldn't help but think...I'm just a girl who loves photography, happy to share it with others and nervous if I could offer anything.

I honestly couldn't be happier with how the night went.  Watching these two reminded me of when I started out...all the questions, the why's and the how's!  And being able to see the learning light bulbs go on, gave me a BIG smile!

To these wonderful ladies....THANK YOU!  Thanks for being so wonderful to chat photography with and sharing other fun stories.  You two were beyond what I could have expected!  AND, you both will do fabulous with your talents!

Thanks to everyone that sent emails and left comments on my pre-wedding photography jitters!  The day went wonderful ...and of course was much better than what my nerves had me prepared for.

The extra bonus to photographing the wedding...was being able to hang out with my brother. He was the officiant that married the couple in love!  While my brother and I were thinking of doing a two for one deal....I think I'll have to stick with portrait photography.  NOT that I don't love photographing weddings...it's just a one shot deal!  There is not do over...there is no 'could you do that first kiss once more'...it's a one shot deal!  That makes my nerves stand on a high cliff!  NOT GOOD!

But, what really made me realize my love for child photography...was when my sister in law shared that she noticed I kept gravitating to the children at the event.  And she couldn't be any more right...when I would see one of the kids do something....I wanted to be right there capturing it!  And...my oh my...there were sweet and silly children there!  Loooooved it!

Lastly....today I was singing sweet songs while bouncing on white fluffy clouds!  Why?  I just locked in on the location for my holiday mini sessions...it is Sa-WEET!  I can't wait to share!
