I can't tell families enough how normal it is for a toddler to want NOTHING to do with having their picture taken. Almost going to the point of doing everything they can to make it difficult to get A DECENT picture. As I've grown with families I've learned this difficult time is just a phase. The phase that too shall pass. The best advice I can give families is to not stress....just let them be. AND...think of it as capturing this fabulous independent stage all in pictures.
This is such a guy look....
"Are we done yet?"

I'm learning more and more that trains and boys go hand-in-hand. Once we made our way to the train tracks, the wheels in his cute little head kept turning. Within seconds it was non stop train talk.
The kind of topic that gets this passionate look....looking for the train and calling "All aboard!".
What made this session easier for this cutie...was his mother just knows this is him. She just let him be... Saying, there is nothing that will bring back this time in his life and I want to remember every minute of it.

Thank you for visiting my blog. I'm located in south Gilbert, Arizona. I have twin daughters and one little boy...between the three of them, they keep my days busy between gymnastics and soccer. My children and husband are my biggest support each day.
